Soft Tails and a Little Ebony

I softened all the tails today on all of the desk drawers.  It was a little tedious, but a low stress and laid-back operation.  I made all of the square holes for the pins at the face-front of each drawer and plugged them with ebony.  I used a new square hole punch from a set that I recently purchased from Lee Valley (very nice tools!).  I fine-tuned the fit of a ~1/4 ebony rod down to 0.268″, and slightly chamfered each side of one end, to make inserting the slightly oversized plug into the 0.25″ square holes easier.
