For the last few days I have been assembling an X-Carve that I received from Inventables (they sent me one to try out and produce a project video for).  It was an incredibly complex build with what seemed like an unending pile of parts to assemble.  I was very intimidated when parts first started to arrive, but once I started building, I started to relax a little.  The build instructions are offered on the Inventables website and are in the form of photos, text and video.  The instructions start off great, but get a little skimpy on text and video instruction as the build progresses.  Nevertheless, the build is manageable and you can pull off the build by using what’s available from all three sources of instruction.

I haven’t used it yet, but the build is finished.  More to follow!
