I finished the breakfast tray with a couple coats of a mixture of BLO and varnish. I hope you enjoyed watching me build it. I think this means I’ll be delivering a few breakfasts in bed.

The legs and the rails are not glued but dry assembled. I moved the rails closer to the top than what was in the original CAD model. I thought that it would offer more strength if it was closer to the pivot point for the folding legs. I hope to have this project completed by the end of the weekend.
Clouds on a Cloudy DayThursday, December 31st, 2015I finished the legs and the rails for the breakfast tray. I implemented a cloud lift for the rails and utilized a template that I’ve used for other G&G projects. Every time I use a template I write the name of the project and the date. These are my last cloud lifts for 2015! I hope your 2016 is not as cloudy (ugg, sorry)! Happy New Year! |
